Due to the custom nature of our items, we do not offer returns. We do offer exchanges if the item is personalized incorrectly, or if an error was made on our part. We do everything we can to make sure that as a customer, you are satisfied with your purchase.

We ship our items via USPS, unfortunately items do not always arrive in the same form they were sent, if your item was damaged in shipping, please let us know so we can get it taken care of with USPS.
Please note, all shipping times are estimated, sometimes holidays and peak season will cause shipping delays. If you have a shipping deadline, please be sure to let us know prior to ordering. We cannot be responsible for delays with USPS once the product leaves our hands.
